Fees template is used for the bulk addition of fees in the system
Open the Excel template.
Select the Branch and Click on the “Download Template” tab
Open the Excel template
Fill in all the mandatory fields
Mandatory fields are:
Head: Select the fees head from the dropdown
Due date: In “dd/mm/yyyy” format
Start Date: In “dd/mm/yyyy” format
Start Date: In “dd/mm/yyyy” format
Amount: Enter the Fees amount
Fees Type: Select whether it is a “Single fees”, or a “Group Fees” from the Dropdown
Display Template: Select the display template from the dropdown
Standard: Select the Standard/ Course from the dropdown
Division: Select the Division from the dropdown.
Student Name: In case Fees has to be added for a specific Student only.
Registration Code: In case Fees has to be added for a specific Student only
Roll no: In case Fees has to be added for a specific Student only
Fees code: The fees with the same fee code should exist in the System UI, if not then a fees with that Fee code should be added from the UI prior to upload.
Partial Payment: Select the ‘Y’ letter from the dropdown to enable partial payment of the fees
Fees Scheme code: Select the Fees Scheme Code from the dropdown
Split payment: Select the ‘Y’ letter from the dropdown to split the fees amount to another account
Seed Scheme Code: Select for the dropdown (Only when split payment is enabled).
Seed Amount: Type the amount to be deposited in the seed account (Only when split payment is enabled).
Reminder Start Date: In “dd/mm/yyyy” format
Reminder mode. (Email/SMS/Notification): Select ‘Y’ to enable the reminder mode or ‘N’ to disable
Frequency. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly): Select from the dropdown.
Save the file on the desktop and click on the “Upload Fees” tab in the UI for Fees
Click on the “Choose file” tab in the new window, Select the File and Click “Upload
